Ladybugs/Parents, we have finally made it to the last few weeks of the summer!! Please make note of the following:
> We will be needing some parent helpers for the last two weeks of 4H meetings on Tuesday, July 12th & 19th. If you can help let Melissa know.
>We still need the stuffed animals for our service activity- our goal is 50 total- So please have the girls bring their donated stuffed animals to 4H meetings. (this is for the children's justice center)
> The girls are all receiving a Fair booklet- there are many things they can make for the fair- take a minute and look through them and decide what your/their entries, into the fair, will be (NOTE: they have to be made by the girls- since the previous fair). Then let me know so I can make labels for your projects.
>Make note of the date: August 1st – this is when projects get turned into the fair- this will also be the day that the girls will have interview judging for cooking and sewing projects AND the fashion review contest will take place this day!!
>We will be meeting one final day in August (date to be determined) to take our donations into the children's justice center. We will have the girls wear their t-shirts to this activity.
>Sewing Labs- If the girls are able to finish their projects they no longer have to to come to sewing lab. We need to finish these projects SO COME TO YOUR LABS!!!!
