Finally the last week of 4H

We have made it to the finish! Today we will be making cookies and talking fashion for the new school year. We even have a special guest to tell us about how to look fabulous and stay modest, Elora McGovern! We appreciate her taking time off work to come and help us!

A reminder of dates (as all of you have received the 4H newsletter from the county you may already have these dates written down in your calendars); August 1st 1-6PM projects need to be turned in to the Fair at Deseret Peak Building. I will print off the labels if you will let me know in advance what you are submitting to the fair. If you want me to take these items in your behalf I need them no later than 11 AM on Monday Aug 1st. If you/your child is participating in the interview judging and/or the fashion revue and/or table setting contest- I do not need those items-- you can take them with you- BUT you will need the labels that I print off. Also we need to schedule the judging and fashion revue times. Between the times of 1-6PM.

On Thursday July 28th 3 PM will be a modeling practice (it will last less than an hour and will help you to know what to do for the fashion revue judging and for the fashion show). that will be at the County Extension office (near the WIC offices at the Health Department). I will be out of town so it will be up to you to get there on your own.

Friday August 5th 7PM will be the Fashion Show- those who are participating need to be there by 6 to get dressed and ready for the fashion show.
