Week 3
We were able to finish early- I was so shocked- I really thought my clock was broken or just wrong. We talked about parts of the sewing machine and for cooking ate delicious crepes with great toppings. In Lab this week we assigned sewing machines and the new girls practiced sewing on paper without thread. The older girls made their markings for their projects and wound their bobbins to start their projects. We learned about using marking pens/ pencils and also a process of using thread and looping it to make reference points. The pens were the favorite choice.
